Comments:
4x1600 with 90 seconds rest.
Honestly felt kinda hot coming off the tempo on Tuesday. But clearly the terrible run yesterday took a toll wasn't feeling very fresh.

Tried a hybrid warmup with 2x30m fast + 2x200 uptempo (maybe like 3k effort)
Wasn't quite what I was hoping. For one I probably should've worn tights so things were a little cold. But the 30's didn't feel very explosive. And the 200's didn't feel like they did much. Maybe it would be better to go for 200's first then a few 30's. tbd

As for the workout, I struggled to find the right pace. Somehow the full 1600 splits came out well for the first few.
On the third I really had to poop.. So I cut it short to make it to the bathroom. So not only did it screw up that interval but I also got too much rest and kinda got cold before the last 16.

Overall, a bit of a confidence boost because of how comfortable they felt considering the circumstances. Just a bummer to come up a little short
