Comments:
Wanted to do a long run today, very nice weather ran the hilliest part of legacy didn't factor in the tailwind, started out at 6:50 pace and wondered why it was so comfortable, averaged 7.27 through 4 and then basically blew up and ran 7:50 for the last 3.5. Cardiovascular fitness is improving by my shins are getting worse, seeing Shupp in 10 days.
