I did 12 laps on the indoor track. I was planning on doing 16, but my knee hurt so I decided to stop. The bottom line is that running on it IS making it worse, regardless of what the doctor says. I think I'll try to see a doctor when I go home to see if something else is wrong. It feels no better than it did three weeks ago. To be honest, I'd say it's gotten worse.
