Big oof

Comments:
Couple of things went wrong here. 1st, big one. I think I really shouldn't have taken yesterday completely off. A tough tempo with long strides on Tuesday. Then no shakeout wednesday plus a bunch of time on planes.
2nd I think was the heat. It was around 80 and sunny which felt really nice. To start at least. But was really feeling the effects of it later.
3rd was some biking I did during the day to get around ft. worth. Maybe that ontop of the plane yesterday really got my legs feeling wonky. Gah enough of that. Really bummer to take an L but it happens.
Workout was 8x800 @ 5k pace increasing to 3k pace with 90 seconds rest.
I'd say by the end of the striders I knew i wasn't feeling good.
So the first interval was a bit of a struggle like they normally are. But the 2nd didn't feel better and the 3rd felt worse. There was no way I was going to be picking it up. Was really struggling to stay on pace even.
So I decided to try and salvage by cutting to 400's but even those were way harder than they should have been. Splits below but after a few of those even I just pulled the plug. Trying to salvage Saturday's workout at that point. But I was feeling mega wiped.
