Once again met up with the Phoenix at Peirce Mill to run up and back along Beach Dr. 75 minutes this time and good to see her taking the cancellation of her ultra Spartan race in stride despite half a year's training feeling at times as if it were for naught. She's got a wise perspective on it all though, which helps her move past the disappointment. Legs were bit heavy, but it was a good, solid 75 minute run.
