Weather: 36 - sunny - 8 MPH E wind
Comments:
Tights - Long sleeve - Gloves. Cold first mile. Warmed up around 2.5-3.5 then got too warm rolled up sleeves. Came out of valley with 1.5 back to chilly. Felt goodish stayed stead, just trying to get back build my base no races in the near future. MAX HR is an issue on these runs
