The forest again

Back home. Ran from home to maine south through the forest to oakton and back. did some strides on the maine south practice fields then ran back home. the trails were kinda icy, which sucked. felt pretty good though, wasn't very fast but stayed comfortable the whole time. lifted in my basement afterwards. the setup is really shitty so i'll have to see how well this works. the most weight i'm gonna be able to do for anything is 110 lbs cause that's all the weights we have, and we have no rack. did front squats, lunges, shoulder press, curls, and bench dips. after did abs and hip circles.
