haven't been on a bike in a while. It was alright, but I'm sure it would have been better if i was on it by choice, not force. My hip flexor feels really good today, but I'm just going to take it easy and make sure it is 100% before I get running. This injury seems like I will be able to come back pretty fast once the muscle heals.
