Weather: 52-55, 6-7mph SE, 29-32% humidity, feel 48-54

Comments:
Felt pretty good. Worried about right foot & patellar pain but not bad. Foot flared up at the end. Only felt the patellar at 5.1 and 7ish. Should ice after every run...

Pretty ideal conditions minus some gusts of wind around 4.5 and mile 7. Hills 3.8-5 and 6-6.5ish.

Didn't look at watch really after 1st mile. Wanted to take this slower tbh but just went with however I felt. Should start doing this more often.
