Back to the big 5. Longest run since the aborted marathon. Feeling a bit weak in the legs...PT said that that is normal with an intensive targeted stretching regime. Glad to get through 5 though. That is as far as I have permission to do for now. Will have another PT appt. Friday and then again Tuesday. From there I will try to go it alone. Continuing to pray for healing and wisdom about how soon to get back after it.
