Comments:
Tights, short sleeve, jacket, gloves. Decided to do an easy 3 to get to 30 this week. Most of my runs have been at 7 which feels like clock work so was actually hard to go slower...was erratic. This was my worst run in a while. From the start my shin splint on my left shin are back, out of fucking nowhere. Right foot pain still there. No right patellar pain though. So mad at shins. Need to get on ice & ibuprofen regiment.
