Comments:
Got dropped off at the Farmers Market then hit up Cayuga Heights. I felt ok going over there across the bridges, but the hills were tough today. Powered up but I definitely slowed down along the way to University and then to the police station. It was a good temperature though, started to drizzle a little bit. I think I was sore from sitting and analyzing data all day.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch when I got back. Wasnt as muddy as I was yesterday. Feeling pretty good with the mileage. I have to say I enjoy the extra time to run. I dont think I am as productive with work as I could/should be, but I dont think anyone is right now. So Ill take advantage of the miles.
