Comments:
Cut some corners to get to Cayuga then did a Boynton Mile and came back on Aurora and Cascadilla. A just awesome beautiful day out. I am thankful that we can get the fresh air. Thats important I think we will make ourselves sick by interrupting the routine and just staying inside all day. Need some balance to get through this. Coming back, pace was good.
Essentials: Stretch
Not too sore after. I was sore past few days I think the hills are getting me. Took it flat today and I could tell.
