i went on a warm up, then i did repeat 400s with ben and spencer. we only had about 40 seconds between each one. after the sixth one, we took a 5 minute break. then we continued to finsh up ten of them. my legs felt like jello and my breathing was really hard. i realized that i need to keep pace more.
