A city block can be a track

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: nice, breezy, sunny, 60s

Comments:
Spent a tremendous amount of time today on the computer as it was our first true day of distance learning and I was part of the District Track Club coaching clinic online. Slipped outside to join Leah B for her 8x1 minute workout. Minimal warm up as she'd started before me and I was very tight on time. We used the block across the street from me and were basically jogging the short ends and sprinting the straightaways. She kept the effort strong despite stomach cramps and I enjoyed hanging with her. Finished the last pick up and rushed inside to start the conference call 2 minutes later. Never really stretched, and that might explain why I felt so tight today (Friday). Pace on pick-ups was sub 7, but cooldowns, were likely north of 12.
