Weather: 43 feels like 36. 12MPH NNE wind. 80% HUM
Comments:
Ran around 12:30pm. Light long sleeve, tights, gloves. Overdressed. Could have gone light long sleeve, shorts...maybe even short sleeve. Felt decent cardio wise legs a little heavy first 2 but ok after that. Wanted to go slower and easy around 7:30...didn't look at watch averaged right around 7:00 first 3 then 6:47 and 6:50...based on feel was pretty easy but still.
Shin splints hurt ever since I put on the new nikes yesterday, just persistent occasional throb. Run they were mild though, little flare last 0.50mi. Ankle and Patellar were fine.
