Weather: 61. Feel 59. Wind 9W, breezy. 25% HUM
Comments:
Did a pretty full stretch warmup before prob helped. 61 is too warm I guess...skin had a little reaction on chest area. Managed to actually take it easy. Didn't look at my watch (only mile buzzes) Would have liked to go slower but it felt like I was TBH. Legs felt heavy out the gate and never got into the zone until last 1.5ish. Ran into wind gusts for a lot of it which was probably good for the pace. Shin splint were minimal until was mile then mild-medium. Ice 3x today. Motren continued (prob like 2-3 weeks now) Would like to get HR in the 130s during an easy run...
