Run home 2.39km - not monitored
My first run in ages and it was really tough. Couldnt do any more than running to Dulwich park and one lap round. I wanted to run home but just didnt have the energy and did some stretches instead. I then ran home but didnt monitor it so have no idea how long it took. It was a tough run today, mainly because it was very warm and also because I havent ran in such a long time. It feels like I'm started all over again.
Was meant to go to the gym but it was so hot and decided that I couldnt face a hot gym as well. Am pleased that I managed to get myself out for a run, even if it was only for half an hour.
Have been eating badly and not doing any training - as a result, I am getting fat and undoing all the good that I did before i went on holiday! Must get back on track again....
