Comments:
Did full warm up. Worst run since the 3 miler with shin pain or the LRC one. Felt like I was into the wind most of the way. First, shin splint hurt from the start made the decision to cut it to 7 at mile 5, felt worst then. Second, legs and cardio felt miserable, slow, heavy, UGH. Couldn't get in the runners high mind set. Going to wear my boot now, ice 3x, motren 3x4 a day, myrtle and stretch routine. Need to get over these shin splints. Will still aim for 27-30mi this week but 25 min if need to.
