Comments:
Out on MacArthur and out thru Samson's neighborhood to get to Albemarle and Mass Ave. Took Alb. all the way to Soapstone where I stopped for a quick bathroom break and then headed up a very crowded Connecticut Ave to Fessenden to take back to Western and then back home the way I came. Saw Big Cheese biking along MacArthur at the beginning and then Ilana Zeilinger running later near GDS. Felt pretty shit for the first bit but then felt better as the run went on. Embedded five or six strides on the way back along MacArthur. Glad I got in a pretty hilly run after yesterday's flatness.
