Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I’ve been feeling pretty tired on runs so I was a little worried going into this but I decided to just try to hit between 5:50 and 6:00 pace (which is a little slower than I’d normally go for in a workout like this) to take some pressure off. The paces ended up being 5:51, 5:52, 5:56, 5:54, 5:55, 5:35. Sped up a bit on the last one because I was feeling good. I definitely got more tired as this went on, but also became more focused and just tried to keep good form and stay relaxed and efficient. I did this run out and back on MacArthur and passed some big military joint I didn’t know was there that’s called the Naval Surface Warfare base and it was like two miles long. So that’s where your taxpayer money is going. Anyways, this was a good workout and I feel good about where I’m at right now. Beautiful day out too.
