The Sunshine came out after the rains

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 60s and breezy

Comments:
Leah headed outside with me at 5pm and we were immediately greeted by a strong, spring wind which excited me and pushed us forward. We took Dorset to Crescent (with Leah peeling off at Somerset Elementary). I met the Sunshine at Little Falls and we looped through Norwood Park and through Bethesda where we intercepted the Manger and ran with him for 10 minutes. Eventually made it back to Somerset Elementary where we ran into Mustang and the Flying Finn. Chatted for some time from 10 ft away and then finished up back along the Crescent to Mass where the sunshine left me and I ran home past Spergel's pool and Willard Ave. Felt like I was keeping a pretty solid pace for most of the run, but I'm told we were in the 7:50 range for a fair bit. Was tired by the end, and it felt like what I've been lacking... a nice, solid hour long run.
