Comments:
Morning run because Brad's birthday thing tonight. Shin felt bad, little sharp, from the get go but got to about a mild/medium. Most likely because I did not do active stretching and very little stretching. Wind didn't end up being bad. Had a few gusts early mile 2, then mile 3 def had the worst. 4 and 5 were smooth sailing. I decided to make this run a semi progression. The first few miles felt harder so I knew it wasn't going to be to steady of a progression. Maybe this will help my training status on Garmin lol. Last 0.50 mile I felt the pace. Did not try to do anything with my stride or cadence and it ended up being much like Monday's run...need to ice and stretch today. Ran out of motren this morning. Sore through since yesterday at 1:00pm...
