Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I think today was a mental break day. I woke up in the middle of the night a bunch and was burnt out today. We got a nice break, went up to Geneva. Just to go out and do something felt so different from the routine. Once I got home, felt directed and sleepy, so I napped until I got out for a run. Honestly surprised I pulled out such a nice run. Went up Stewart all the way to Renwick then back Cayuga. Stopped off at IHS for a little bit to see the bleachers all torn down. That surprised me. Coming back down Cayuga, had a good pace and felt strong. Possibly a nice recovery after yesterday too.
Essentials: Stretch
Solid stretch on return. Feel so much better after the run. Idea is to regroup and get efficient again. Still several more weeks of this so its important to look and make something positive out of it. Going up to Geneva today reminded me of what thats about.
