Weather: 55-54 (50-52) WSW 10 mph wind. 20% HUM

Comments:
Too warm for long sleeve. Bumping up the mid week long mileage to hit 35-40 this week. Shin felt pretty good, mild throughout - started warming up about 40 mins pre run. Map my run was a solid .25 off. Hardest part of these loops continues to be Washington St. wind and up hill. Pond hill wasn't bad. I usually have more to say but since Cudi x Travis announced a song tonight my head is in the skies.
