Long run

Weather: 57-59 (57) 6-7 mph N-NE wind. 40% HUM

Comments:
Shin was fine even though it was hurting last night and this morning. Wind got down to 2 mph this morning according to iPhone. Went 30ish later than I wanted to wait for Natalie. Increased to 12 miles today which I will probably stay at for a few weeks...especially after this run. First run near 60 degrees and I felt it. Even with low humidity I felt dehydrated early on. I still don't know what pace to do my long runs at, will do research tonight. Took the first mile easy then got into a groove right around 7:06. Felt fine through 7, started to feel it by Jake's street on Front but the pace didn't change. Started getting cold sweats around 9 which is where my HR got into the 160's and the Front St. hill. Then Hospital hill at 10 was brutal. Last 3 overall felt dead, like end of a race dead...not good. Climate and hydration were def. a big factor. Wore tank top - good choice.
