Comments:
Shin felt mild. Tired from the long run, felt dizzy during this run- couldn't get into my groove but was also trying to take it easy. Hit 40. Going to stay here next week too. My post long runs should be easier pace. May need to make my easy days 7:30+ pace...still unsure about long runs...With this increase I need to stay focused on my body and injury. Should take the pace easy. Wont bring in "workouts" until 55ish miles
