Comments:
Headed out at 7am and ran down Western and connected along 46th. Zig zagged through AU Park and into Glover passing Nina Pillard on her also later than usual morning run. Took Cathedral to Idaho to 37th, passing Paige Lester. Back way to Yuma? and Wisc to 42nd to home. Was moving slowly for the first few miles, but was picking up speed by the end, and last quarter mile was at 7:20 pace. Felt nice to be out in the fresh air and thinking about Satola's 5km time trial which is coming up on Saturday. Time was nearly 52 minutes, and dist was hopefully beyond 6.5mi.
