Weather: 63-64 Wind started W ended N 5 mph 75% HUM
Comments:
Hot run, wore crop top and new lulu shorts - felt fast to start. Shin was mild, didn't ice after need a big recovery day tomorrow. Decided to make this a light progression as I knew mile 4 & 5 would be difficult due to hills. 2 mile WU, 4 progression, 1 easy at the end. Didn't feel great but not terrible. Sweating my ass off. Need to hydrate more with this weather. Birthday was good even though quarantine...not much to write here I guess...
