Leah and I headed out around 6:15pm. Warmed up down Reno to Murch, pausing for leg swings at Fessenden. Decided to try a fartlek which ended up being 6 intervals varying from 30-90 seconds. 36th to Vann Ness to 37th to Yuma to 38 to Ft. Reno to 39th to Reno to home. Impressed by Leah's consistency and leg speed. Felt like a good day's work for me too.
