Long run

Weather: 45-50 (39-45) SW/W wind 40% HUM

Comments:
Could have worn short sleeve but the thing long was good, thought it was colder than it was. Took a couple miles for my shines to warm up (hot compress would help) but good after that. Decided to run the 12 mile loop backwards for a change and looking at the wind, it was good. Instead of a head wind on Broad it was tail (didn't feel like much but it never does lol). Happy with this run, felt pretty good. Took the first few easy, as I knew they would be down hill and didn't want to gas myself or get carried away for a long run, and was kind of nervous that my body wouldn't naturally pick it up. Not to worry at mile 5 body naturally felt good and went quicker. Was nervous since this was my first time taking pleasant backwards that it would kill me but really wasn't bad. Wind gusts at times were tough but wasn't killer until St. Franics hill. Miles 9-10.5 were the hardest in terms of effort because incline and wind. Happy with HR for the run. Max got to 162 at columbia sq hill (with wind) picked up the last mile naturally, felt good and AVG HR decreased a little. Maybe hit 13 next week or 12 one more time. Garmin maintaining yesterday and today. Shine splint was rough until mile 2ish...

Haven't work out since Monday cause work. Mothers day today so will have to tonight. Need core.
