Comments:
Ran on the treadmill since it was freezing out. I would be lying if I said it wasn't difficult. I had to push myself to get beyond 2 miles. I wanted to stop. I think part of that is the monotony of the treadmill and not having my headphones. Glad to be at it though. I'm already sore.
