Perfect long run at 730 pace, snuck onto the RED MILE race track near my house and looped on soft surfaces while keeping an eye on my pace, splits.
730, 728, 731, 736, 736, 722, cooldown at 815. Little tight after, but nothing like I would be on pavement.
