Comments:
Despite taking yesterday off I still felt sore and sluggish. Nevertheless, I managed to make the run mostly enjoyable by exploring some new streets, listening to an interview with Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) on the Ezra Klein Show, and detouring into Bethesda Bagels for a cinnamon chip with cream cheese and lox which I ran with all the way home.
