Weather: Same as last couple of weeks!
Comments:
The competitive side in me wanted to beat last week's time and I did by 10 seconds, but I found this run harder than recent efforts. I certainly made more of an effort, particularly towards the end and I felt it. Pleased with the result but probably need to ease off slightly.
