Comments:
Not a lot going on today. I was gassed and didnt have much motivation. It also got super warm out. Ran much earlier in the bright sun. It was tough, its going to take a while to adjust, even though I like running when its nice out. Came back down Aurora. It was just real nice to run in the middle of the street in the shade.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch and rehydration. Not running yesterday kinda threw me off. I was a little slow and sluggish today.
