Comments:
I knew I was going to increase to 14 miles so I wanted to take it easier...which I did. I stayed pretty controlled around 7:30-7:20s for the first 7 miles then increased to 7:20-7:10s with a first mile of 7:36 and last of 7:02. However, my HR was ripped from the start at 150 BPM, which is weird. I had a good warmup, hydration, and a bagle with peanut butter, only 1/2 cup of coffee. Never felt like it was hard until about 4 to go. HR was in the 150s for the first 11 then last three AVG in 160s...def was hard the last two. Will decrease to 12 or 13 next week. Frustrated because of HR and Garmin still saying unpro- with VO2 dropping again to 62...WTF
