Comments:
Just easy mile shake out run. First time getting drunk in a long time (9-10 weeks) last night and boy do I hate hangovers still. Felt like trash on the run, cramps and all. Took it slow cause I need it. Shin hurts like a fucker so idk what I'm going to do moving forward. Did not ice or soak the past to days, need to get those numbers up big. Need to restock motren, could be why the shin is acting up more. Hopefully next week is better than this one. Cracked 50 for the first time since October and the second time in 5ish years lol
