Don't think I should go to 7 days just yet with my shin. Still hurting today. Solid lift & Abs
-Curls (30lbs) hammer curls (25lbs, last set 30lbs) all 30s were 10 and 25s were 15 reps, deadlifts (15x30lbs)
-3x6 Lunges super with 3x7 single leg dead all with 25s
-Bent over row 3x15 with 30lbs
-Abs + Fiszy.

Making mental headway on losing my (skinny fat) belly fat. Going to look into diets. It's just annoying I've been working out for over a year...not entirely sure on running. I know when I went to the gym at first I was running 3-5 miles, then I stopped before my half training picked up. And I still have this belly. lmao
