Weather: A degree or two warmer. No wind
Comments:
Just about perfect running conditions today! Ran my route one second better than my lockdown PB, despite stopping halfway to tie a shoelace! Felt very good the whole way, feeling better as the run went on. Fitness is definitely returning as times continue to improve and I know I can still bring this time down some more.
