Weather: Same as last couple of weeks!
Comments:
Legs felt a little tired at the start but, as always, after 3 or 4km, they seemed to loosen up and the second half of the run was much better. Ran really well over the last 2km in particular to secure a post-lockdown 8km PB. Best time over the route in a long, long while.
