Weather: Felt slightly chillier at first but then warmed up
Comments:
I had what has to be considered one of my best runs in a long time. Generally felt very comfortable and only walked a little up Meiring Naude. Nearly a minute faster than last week and a sub 1:10 surely looks on the cards soon. Very happy with this.
