Comments:
did the 10 mile progressive run, 2 mile warmup then 13.00, 11.48, 11.12, 5.07 felt awesome on last 2 miles and pushed an extra minute and a half slow on first 2 sets. tired then got loos did a 2.5 mile cooldown.
