Comments:
Humid as fuck. Needed to get up and out in the morning or else I was going yo die like yesterday and miss puck this afternoon. Seeing 100% Humidity was a chop to the nuts like of course. Woke up at 6 laid in bed until like 6:34 lmao. Had a few sips of water and coffee but didn't have to shit (Knew it was going to bite me in the ass). Was set to do 9 but I knew I wanted to do 10. Made this an easy run because of the humidity and how I felt yesterday. Win was in my face on middle and main. Had the urge to shit around mile 7 I think and then almost shit myself once I was back on union st. Stopped at memes at 9.45 to poop then got back out. Only reason why my last mile was quick was because of the shit coming out of my ass lol. Shin hasn't hurt yesterday or today which is good. Haven't been icing should prob get on that. Am going to try to lift post puck tonight. Garmin still on maintaining but vo2 is down to 63 from 64
