Comments:
Tried to wake up this morning and run but was absolutely gassed from the long day with hockey yesterday. Meeting until 6:30pm so didn't run until after, which was good cause it was about 7-10 degrees cooler with minimal sun. Wind has been S-SW recently so all my normal roots aren't great. Decided to go into union point. Felt stiff from the start and tried to keep it controlled. Wind was in my face in union point mile 2ish-4ish but those miles were still quicker than they felt. Got tired during 4-6 but had a second wind on park that really hit passing Johnny Konos but the hill took that out. Last mile was chill. Overall a better run than Tuesday's heater but HR was higher than I would like, whatever though gotta stop fixating on that. The chest strap def reads a higher HR than the wrist. Shin didn't hurt during but a little after. Back on the soaking feet and ice grind. Feet are in rough shape, toe blisters. Podiatry APT got canceled last week so still putting off all of that. Going to try to get to 55 this week.
