Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Still cold but slightly more comfortable than earlier in the week.
Comments:
Ran pretty hard but was 25 seconds slower than last week, as all my runs have been this week for some reason. Had an excellent final kilometre, though with Strava telling me that it was my 3rd fastest ever 1km split since starting to use Strave, so that is a huge positive.
