Comments:
Should have gone a little earlier but needed some sleep. Took this one easy, should have taken it a little slower but the paces felt like walking - good I guess? HR little too high for easy run, chest strap def reads higher than wrist. Not sure if that is more accurate or not. Shin hurt a little. Last mile or so felt really chill to just take it easy coming in. 14 set for tomorrow, hopefully it is a little better than two weeks ago...need to get to bed early to get up and beat the heat...humidity will probably be ass still. Garmin back to maintaining - most likely due to 'easy' pace...
