Test run

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
First run in over a month! My foot felt totally fine during the run. Walked later in the day as well without any issues. Will rest tomorrow and then try to start training on Monday, permitting I don't feel anything in my foot tomorrow. I'm anxious to get going with training, but now is not the time to rush back. Did week 4 strength virtually with Griffin after.
