Comments:
Practice today at 10 indoors. Ran on the treadmill for 2.85 miles with the last part at 6:15 pace. Then we worked out in the gym.
Warm up, stretch, strides, 5 laps, 4 suicides with 20 pushups and situps in between, and then strides again. This was followed by soccer.
Also another 2.5 on the treadmill later with a mile at 6:15 and a few hundred meters at 5:00.
