Comments:
Felt decent but the Fartlek was easy. Decided to do 5-4-3-2-1 w/ 1 min rest. Did about 20 min warmup then Fartlek and I think it ended up being 4ish miles cool down. Going off my old training this was 6/10 so not too hard. I think the 5 was around 6:20s and the rest were 5:55-6:10. Felt easy. The last 1 min on was uphill and into the wind. Solid run overall. Shin hurt more than it has been though :/ icing tonight
